I have not yet finished the whole book, but only the part I was most curious about, which was on how to make your own program, but I found it so incredibly helpful that I can't help but give 5 stars. Thusfar I've only gotten bits and pieces of information, but never felt like I knew what I was doing in the gym, since starting a few months ago (I've always been training regularly, just never weight-lifting). With this book, I've been able to build myself a proper program, tailored to my goals and limitations, all while understanding why (most) things are the way they are. I'm very grateful for this book compiling all this useful knowledge together in such an accessible way.
